My name is Nicolas Lampach and I am from Luxemburg. During my studies in Agricultural and Food Economics at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, I have become acquainted with econometric methods and specialized in the field of food labelling schemes. Currently I am PhD candidate at the Doctoral School Augustin Cournot, (BETA, UMR7522 University of Strasbourg) in Risk and Environmental Economics. My thesis mainly focuses on decision making under uncertainty.
